Thanks in advance for an answer

From your motherboard specs page:

8 x DDR4 DIMM sockets supporting up to 128 GB of system memory
4 channel memory architecture
Support for DDR4 3333(O.C.) / 3200(O.C.) / 3000(O.C.) / 2800(O.C.) / 2666(O.C.) / 2400(O.C.) / 2133 MHz memory modules

I would personally recommend getting a new pack of 4 8GB cards. Your CPU can certainly handle RAM all the way up to 3333, but the sweet spot for price-to-performance right now is normally at around 3000Mhz. I recommend the 4-pack because it will make use of your motherboards quad-channel memory architecture, giving you the best performance.

The G.Skill Ripjaws V are a fantastic module proven to be both reliable and priced quite reasonably.

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($194.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $194.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Your motherboard can handle upto 128GB's at 3333. you currently have 2 x 8GB sticks for a total of 16GB's. Now if you cant get to matching sticks to up that to 32GB you are stuck in dual channel. If you get lucky you get quad channel but they have to be exactly the same. Do you want to remove the old RAM and by a kit with 4 sticks for a total of 32GB's 3333 or try to get lucky with the 16GB's you have?

I prefer to remain with what i have and to add another 16 or even 24 so in total i will have 32 or 40 gb

Please read my above post as to why that is running a risk to the stability of your system. There's about a 50/50 chance of mixed RAM working correctly, even if you match the exact same modules you have right now.

So you are advising me to buy the memory that you have mentioned and to get rid from what i have right now, right?

Not really an option after looking at the prices for those. Cheapest kit I can find of your exact RAM is $197. I suggest getting a full 32GB kit with 4 sticks and sale the old stuff. I suggest this kit.

Yes, that would be by far and away the best upgrade strategy. Either the Ripjaws V or the Trident elbert linked would be fine, both are strong performers.

For a second kit I would wait for a 64GB kit's price to come down. That way in a 2 years you can up it to 96GB's. Your motherboarrd can hold a max of 128GB's.

You only have 8 slots for RAM. If you buy 6 you will have to remove some later to add more. Also your running into they dont match getting quad channel. You'll be stuck ad dual channel.
