I have had a recent bout of PC issues, I originally thought it was the MoBo, so I purchased a new one and this one is having similar issues. So now I think it may be the RAM. My reason for thinking this is that after I installed the new MoBo with everything attached and I turn it on, it shuts off within 5 seconds. However if I remove the RAM it will stay on. Is this an accurate assumption? If it is would anyone recommend a new brand other than Cor****?

I'd probably want to try it in a known working rig, but sounds like might have a bad stick or sticks. Might check the contacts on the sticks for scratches or sticky stuff and clean them off with rubbing alcohol
