So my PSU basically broke down due to an unknown error, sent it back and got a new one returned.
could run most games on ultra absolutely no problem now it struggles to play games on minimum and still maxes out at about 70% performance.
The PSU is literally the only thing that has changed whatsoever and now the computer just cannot play games.
As soon as I do anything graphically intensive the CPU maxes out and the games audio and visuals stutter.
any idea whats going on here? is something maybe not connected or is something on board damaged?
I have a GTX 980
Intel i7 4770K CPU
H100i Corsair Watercooler
16GB Corsair Vengance ram
1TB Samsung SSD
1TB HDD
MSI Z19 Motherboard
HX850i Corsair PSU
