Isn't the rx 460 for AMD though? or does it not matter

It doesn't matter. You can run Nvidia GPU just fine with AMD CPU and vice-versa.

Sounds good.

Though i dislike the sleeve bearing fan the 212 EVO uses.

In my build, i'm currently using Arctic Freezer i32 with added Arctic F12 PWM PST fan, in push-pull configuration. Both fans are using fluid dynamic bearing.

Yes, you can use any micro ATX case since your MoBo is also micro ATX.

Choosing a case is a personal choice and none of us can tell you which case will do best for you. You have to decide on your own which case to get.
DIYPC Cuboid-R Black/Red looks nice. Though i, myself, prefer bigger cases (i currently have ATX mid tower and i'm planning to get ATX full tower).
