The last two days my system has had difficulty booting up. It will start to boot then get in a boot loop cycle. I have to reset my power supply in order to boot to Windows 10.

I have had my system OC'd to roughly 4.3Ghz for probably a year. Originally it was on Windows 8 and I updated to Windows 10 with no problems at all. Just the last two days I've had issues.

Current specs off the top of my head

Asus Z87 Pro
Intel i5 4670k
Asus 970 Strix
Samsung Evo 120gb SSD
Crucial 240gb SSD
WD 1tb
Corsair RM750

I used AI Suite II or III to OC the system the first time and have had zero issues before this week. I'm not familiar with the bios OC parameters in order to change them. Would this be the correct option to go? I want to trouble shoot the system software wise before having to open the case and possibly replace the power supply.

I have attached a picture showing my bios CPU core voltage

Your Bios indicates an overvoltage on both 12V and 5V rails.
Do not continue using your system as the overvoltage is considerable and out of acceptable tolerance.
Swap out the PSU with a known working unit at the same or higher Wattage.
If the unit is still under Warrantee then RMA.

Also, Do not use AISuite to OC your CPU. OCing should be done in Bios.

So if I were to set the values back to the original or close to original OC and voltage settings, that would not eliminate my problem? I unfortunately do not have a power supply to check the results at the moment. I would like to do everything besides that if I can.
