Internet won't connect through wifi or Ethernet

Second time this has happened it just randomly stops working even though I can see the network clearly and it says I have three bars.
When I connect with my iPhone a safari page won't load and when I try my ps4 it says DNS error.
I've tried CMD to get online and won't work at all and I've tried command prompts to reset as well- nothing seems to work. I've reset the router, tried a different router, tweeked the settings (yes the wifi works for router settings) but still NOTHING!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Or how could I discover my ISP to contact them?

when it happens I suggest going to the router webpage and look at the status, does it say all is good, then connect a wired pc/device to the router does it get out on the internet without any DNS errors? you could try changing your router DNS address to 8.8.8.8 and DNS2 to 8.8.4.4 to test (these are google Dns and harmless) to see if things settle, if they keep everything working check with your provide about their dns addresses , maybe they changed it and forgot to populate the data out to the connecting routers somehow.

When doing setup i was able to see my IP, subnet mask, default gateway, and primary DNS (but not secondary).
So the information is there it just isn't getting me any connection :/
