Im looking for a 1151 motherboard that uses ddr3 memory and has heatsinks ontop of the chipsets that is not to expensive around 100 dollars and i don't like MSI's motherboards, im also not planning to overclock and using the gtx 1060 so micro atx would also work but i prefer normal atx

Could someone link me or tell me some good motherboards that fit my needs ?

Yeah well games usually benefit from fewer, faster cores (OCed i5) versus more, slower cores (locked i7).

DDR3 with Skylake is not a good choice for future-proof and performance benefits.

DDR4 is much better.

If you really need to cut that corner, fine. But what is your system specs?

Most of the components i already own like the PSU, the RAM, the Case, gtx 1060 and also 2 120GB SSD's and 1TB HDD
So im re using that to save money i only need the motherboard and cpu and maybe a better case

Here: get a i5-6600k, use the money to buy 8GB or 16GB DDR4 RAM, and get a Z170-HD3 from Gigabyte (DDR4)

I will have to think about that, the i7 has hyper threading which the i5 doesn't have and also i don't think ddr4 is worth it gamingwise you see little to no fps boost.
