i have Kingston pc3-13000 4 X 2gb ram and i was thinking about buying an
Asrock 980DE3/U3S3 and i was just wondering if the ram sticks would be compatible with that motherboard as it doesn't state it is on the memory support list on the site. I'm sure it should work fine but would anyone else be able to check...

Thanks

PC3-13000 is some old DDR3 and believe it calls for 1.7-1.9 for voltage...your mobo was designed for 'todays' DDR3 which tends to max at 1.6-1.65. While it will prob work, I wouldn't use it. The higher voltage will create a lot of heat you don't need
