I'm hoping there is a way too set up the WIFI when the "&" symbol is not an available symbol on the "keyboard" on the tv.

Anyone have any ideas. I don't know how to change the password with time Warner Cable otherwise I would do that to make it easier...

See if there is a "sym" or some other button on the keyboard display on the TV to go to special characters.
If for reason there is not, just contact the ISP and ask them how to get to the router setup page so you can set your password.
