Hi guys, back with another issue that I think I kinda know what the issue is.
So the computer in question will turn on, led fans and all
But it won't load the bios. It also has a problem where it shuts down then restarts. Now I had this issue yesterday, but was fixed when I moved the cord from the extension cord to the wall. Now it's backind today.
Another thing, my keyboard leds won't light up either
Final note, I have used two power supplies, a new one and an older one, both encountering the problem.

Edit 2: I did go through all of bread boarding and I have also used two cables
