I have a Ethernet ran into my computer and for some reason in games (smite and over watch). I randomly get disconnected, however my internet is fine, I am in skype calls whilst it happens. I have no idea what it is, however I know it is not the cable (cat7 cable, dont ask why). And I do not believe it is the router because it is a netgear N600 ( I think) and the modem is a SB6121. Not sure the specific models but they seem to be decent gear for internet.

Its a hardware issue, so it is either your PC, your cable (or wall jacks), or router.
Try using a different cable and try using a different port on router.
Otherwise issue is likely with PC port. Easiest thing to do is just buy a pci-e network card (tp-link makes a decent one for $12-15.
