Major Issues with New Build!

It was that new and exciting time again to build a new PC. My old one just wasn't cutting it anymore and decided it was time to retire it. I ordered all the parts, got it all put together, fired her up and had no issues. A few days later, as I was enjoying a nice little gaming session, I received a BSOD error. My computer restarted and it got another BSOD before it was able to get to the login screen, it restarted and got another BSOD, and again and again and again. I decided to just reinstall windows after looking into some of the BSOD errors and a lot of it was pointing to drivers. I formatted the harddrive, reinstalled, or tried too, got a BSOD error before it could finish. At this point, I am unable to load windows, install windows completely, or even get to where I can have the option to reinstall windows. I can't format the harddrives, I cannot do anything. My new computer has become a paper weight that can load to BIOS and that's it. I have tried to boot to a USB stick and a DVD with windows ISO on it. Both do that same thing and BSOD on me. I have taken out my GPU and ran on the built in graphics. I have taken out all my ram and tried one stick and slot at a time. I have disabled built in graphics and ran off just the GPU. NOTHING has worked and allowed me to even install windows completely. Just constant BSOD screens. I am at a loss of words at this point and have been convinced I am dealing with a hardware issue obviously. I am thinking it's either the motherboard or CPU. The problem is I don't know how to prove this as I cannot get into windows at all, or anything, not even safe mode. What should I do? Should I just return the CPU, Motherboard and RAM and just get all new hardware?

Solution
Can you get into BIOS?
If so, then your SSD might be bad. But before RMA any parts, create live Linux USB drive and try to boot into Linux.

Here i suggest Linux Mint,

MATE 64-bit is good option. And here's a program with what to create a live Linux USB drive,

I totally forgot to respond to this and randomly got a notification for it just now. Turned out to be my CPU and Mobo. Luckily I was able to get it all put back together in a timely manner. Thank you for taking the time to respond and giving your feedback.
