ok, so static pressure fans are great for tight spaces, such as behind drive bays, on a radiator, etc, but high airflow is good for open spaces, i suggest using a combo

Running a fan @2000rpm it's not really a big achievement having heavy airflow and high static pressure. Especially at that noise level.
Generally the whole topic is a bit overrated. I've seen people cooling their whole case with Noiseblocker and BeQuiet fans (aka next to no.pressure and limited air flow)
When not getting the cheapest or smallest case It doesn't matter so much what fans you are getting except for build quality and noise levels
