4770k @ 4.2 GHz - Vcore?

Hello guys
I just started overclocking my new i7 CPU, to get some extra power. Seems like I got a stable OC at 4.2 GHz (1.35v), with a max coretemp at 82 celsius in Prime95 Small FTTs (after just 20 minutes). With Intel Burn Test (10 tests) I got up to 90c o_O

The CPU is getting way hotter than my old 3570k running at 4.4 GHz, with pretty much the same system. This leads to my question/discussion...

How high do you tweak your vcore @ 4.2 GHz with this CPU? Are my vcore too high? too low?

Node 304, i7 4770k @ 4.2 GHz, Z97I-Plus
GTX 970, 16 GB Ram, 240 GB SSD
CM V550, CM Hyper 212 Evo

Than you are totally fine.
If you want to get lower temps, you need a better cooler (like noctua for air or some EK Predator for liquid AiO).
Anyway, as mentioned, the synthetic load is not representative. In normal usage your temps will be probably below 70C.
Also, max is not important as it can be very short spike. You need to watch the graphs where temps are settling. Aida64 is useful in that.

Yes, it's on manual (1.35v atm)
