I recently build a budget gaming rig consisting of an overclocked G3258 / R9 280X / 8GB DDR3.
Im very happy with the performance being able to comfortably hit 60fps on the majority of games with High / Ultra settings on a scavanged from the office Dell 1650x1050 16:10 Monitor.
I would like to upgrade the monitor to something to give me a more vibrant display in games.
Gaming at sub 1080p is not a problem as coming from a 360/PS3/PS4 the step up in graphical detail along with the 60Fps is as impressive as seeing something like Uncharted 4 at 1080/30 on the TV.
I may be barking up the wrong tree here but are there any good monitors out there that are around 20" at say 1600x900 and still around the £100 mark?
As you can see, space is limited... All in all (Inluding monitor, desk, keyboard and chair) the whole setup has cost less than £400 so I dont want to splurge on a monitor.
