then time to uninstall all your games from that hard drive, then see what's left using a program like TREESIZE

if you have a lot of steam games then you just need to reload steam and point steam to the old games on the old hard drive. if there not steam games. your better off backing up your personal files. wipping the old drive clean and installing fresh windows on the ssd. then reinstall all the games on the old hard drive.
