Best Way To Recover My Files In My Situation?

Hello Everybody...
I Can Not Sleep Since Today I Idiotically Formatted My PC's Internal HDD.
Here Is My Story:
I Decided To Install Windows 10 On My PC,Took A Backup Of My C: Drive Into My F: Drive And Went On To Install The Windows.
I Went To The Partition Page Where I Choose Which Drive To Install My Windows On.
Deleted Drive C: And When I Tried To Create It Again It Gave Me An Error.
So I Went To Disk Part Through Command Prompt And Went To My Internal HDD Partition List.
There Were Four Partition:
Partition 0 Which Was My C: Drive And Was Extended And Partition 1,Partition 2 And Partition 3 Which Were My D: , E: , And F: Drive Which All Three Were Logical.
So I Entered "Select Partition 1" And Then Entered "Clean".
Then My Eyes Did Not See A Thing For 5 Minutes....
It Was Then When I Found Out What A Terrible Mistake I Made.
When I Typed "Clean" I Thought That It Would Format Drive C: Only Not My Whole HDD!!!!!!
Guys I Dead Tired But I Just Can Not Sleep...
All My Photos , Memories Of My Mother...Gone......
Long Story Short My 1TB Internal HDD Which Consisted Of Four Partition Got Formated And Returned To Its Original One Partition.

Please Guys...Anyone....Help Me Out......
I Pluged The HDD Out Of PC So I Can Recover It With My Laptop...
Is There Any Hope Guys Or Should I Just Get Over It?
Can I Get My Data From All My Partitions?
What Program Should I Use And How Should I Use It?
Please Help A Disastered One Here...

Well the good news is you stopped it after 5 minutes, and you had two copies of everything which doubles your chances of finding each file.

I'd try scanning the drive using data recovery software (after you make a sector by sector clone as a backup). Assuming it was NTFS formatted, I'd try using R-Studio first. Just be sure to let it scan all the way to the end of the drive even if it seems like it's past where all the data is. There is indexing near the middle of the partition which the software may be able to use to reconstruct some of the file names and folder structures.
