After a lightning attack my hard disk was dead and if i connect it to motherboard PC is not booting... After searching online in some threads i found that TVS diode can cause this kind of issues in case of surge voltages... I have uploaded the picture of my seagate barracuda 7200.12 500GB PCB board please help me to locate the TVS diode for disconnecting it...

Solution
That PCB doesn't have the TVS diodes to remove, I'm sorry to say. If you're convinced that it is from lightning then you can replace the PCB with a new one along with transferring the 8-pin ROM chip at the top left of the picture you posted. Just be careful if you decide to move the chip yourself as ruining that chip will forever lose your data.

Can I just ask though what the drive was doing before you removed the PCB? Spinning, not spinning? Clicking?

tvs diode is at the lower right, maybe change the pcb and swap the rom chip? if this doesn't work, change the heads of the hard drive with another similar.
