Cannot boot windows because my drive is now locked, how can I save my information before doing a new install of windows?

So last night I posted about a motherboard issue,
http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3222176/msi-boot-stick-ram-fix.html
and now I think I know how to fix it because many people have this issue. It's simple, all I need to do is boot with one stick of ram and update the bios to get the patch that fixes the motherboard only being able to use one stick of ram.

But I can't, because windows won't boot, it needs to be 'repaired'. I've tried repairing it with the windows 10 install disk, but of course it wouldn't be that easy. Now it is saying my SSD is locked.
I backed everything up before building the two pcs, but it seems the backup didn't work, and all of my office documents and steam games are on the SSD.
I have two SSD-corsair 256gb, samsung evo 500gb- and a HDD. My pictures are on the HDD, and some of my games are on the samsung evo. But everything else, my programs, most of my steam games, and most importantly files concerning work, are on the corsair.
I had my HDD acting as a backup, and everything on the SDDs were supposed to be backed up on it, but I am unsure. It's the corsair with the OS though.

The motherboard the drives were connected to is now in the second computer, and before I dismantled my old computer (old, meaning one year old) all drives were working perfectly.

Is there a way to save all of my files? I thought about taking the two SSDs out, connecting them to the second computer where I know they will work (hopefully) and transferring all of my files from the corsair to the samsung, and then doing a new install on the corsair. But I don't know if that will work, not with there being an OS already on the second computer. Will the OS on the samsung evo already in that computer have issues booting with an OS on the corsair? Or is it a matter of simply going into bios and telling the pc which to boot from?

I don't care if I have to reinstall steam of office, but I can't lose the files in word, and I would rather not lose all of my game progress, but again they are just games, and it is the work documents that are important.

My other solution was getting a samsing evo 128gb, and installing windows on it, and using that drive simply for an operating system drive. But again, would the new OS have issues with an OS on the corsair? The whole point is to be able to boot my computer, and either get the files off the corsair or uninstall the OS on it while keeping the files intact.
Also I would be upgrading to windows 10 pro, I am tired of updates screwing with my computer.

Solution
Hi

Most modern motherboards
Can update the bios or uefi by placing the bios.bin file on a cd or usb then booting into the bios to initiate the update from within the bios

This needs access to a working pc
You could disconnect all ssd and hdd while doing this

Unless you have put the 2 ssd into raid or they are M2 drives any modern pc with sata in ahci mode should be able to read almost any sata ssd or hdd
Include running diagnostics , chkdsk etc

If boot ssd is ok and pc fixed
replace only boot ssd and then boot from win 10 disk to try to repair windows boot manager and startup files

With multiple disks which have boot files on them in the PC the startup repair may well fail
