Can i insert 2×8gb's of ddr4 ram ?
Mobo : gigabyte H61M-S1.

you can insert 8gb of DDR3 ram into that. not DDR4

keep it to ddr3 1333 ram. doesn't look like that motherboard supports any faster.

No. That motherboard on accepts DDR3 1333/1066/800 RAM modules. DDR4 RAM in not compatible.
