I would go for the RX 480 8gb, your system is fine and any *game* held back by the CPU can be fixed by overclocking the CPU as its a K series and you have the correct MB but if your playing @1080P (or less) I doubt you'll run into any issues.

You'll probably bottleneck a RX 480. Go for a RX 460 or a GTX 960. They deliver great performance for your type of build.

Could you please clarify what would bottleneck the 480? CPU?

Your CPU isn't up-to-date with the RX 480 and you won't get the best performance out of it. Getting a GPU like the 460 or the 960 is very optimal for your CPU.
