No they are not compatible together. That is an Intel LGA1155 motherboard. It supports 2nd and 3rd generation Intel cpus.

Any i5 or i7 that begins with a 3 like the i5 3450 or i7 3770. It's best to find a used one at this point. You shouldn't have to spend anywhere near $200.
