My Gigabyte G1 1070 has a strange fan problem when the fan stop is kicked on, I know what the problem is honestly, I just don't know how to fix it... The card idles all the way to 51c at which point the fans kick on for a brief second (when this happens it makes a funky noise) and then constantly does it again and again every time the card re-idles back up to 51c.
The problem I'm having is with the noise the fans produce from this.
Is there any way to fix this issue?
