My Gigabyte G1 1070 has a strange fan problem when the fan stop is kicked on, I know what the problem is honestly, I just don't know how to fix it... The card idles all the way to 51c at which point the fans kick on for a brief second (when this happens it makes a funky noise) and then constantly does it again and again every time the card re-idles back up to 51c.

The problem I'm having is with the noise the fans produce from this.

Is there any way to fix this issue?

Solution
I personally do not know of a fix. I recommend contacting Gigabyte about the issue. Worst case, you would have to RMA the card. Make sure there is no dust obstructing the fans too. This could be the cause of the problem.
