I have a quick question if I overpayed for this PC

I did a mistake by buying a full PC.
The PC is Lenovo H50-50
Components:
CPU: Intel Core i7 4790 @ 3.60GHz
RAM: 8,00GB Single-Channel DDR3
Motherboard: LENOVO SHARKBAY (SOCKET 0)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 745 2gb (MSI)
HDD: 1tb Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-08M2NA0
Optical Drive: HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GHC0N
Case: Original Lenovo H50-50 case.
I bought it around 700-750euro.
My question is simple, did I overpay?
I did some research, it showed me that I overpayed with at least 50-100euro I think.
I know that my CPU is a bit expensive but back in the day I was silly and I thought
better CPU = better performance in games (you can laugh at me). But after that I start researching and got more informed. Soon, I'm gonna upgrade to better GPU but for now, did I overpay by a lot?

Hey,
Yes, that pre-build did come at a premium, but not by much
The bigger problem with OEM prebuilds is the difficulty to make modular upgrades.
Without researching, I'm willing to bet that's a special OEM motherboard thats not likely to support an upgrade to i7-6700k.
What kind of power supply do you have?
That's an OEM video card, but it still has value to it on eBay. Flip it for an RX-460 at least.

Does that mean I can't upgrade to let's say GTX 1070 with this motherboard? I'm completely fine with this CPU.
Power supply will be at around 300wats, I just bought the whole PC at once, I have no idea whats the PSU.
