Hard drive diodes

Solution
You can just remove the diodes as long as your power supply is good and you're preferably running on a UPS. That'll get the drives to run long enough to at least copy the data. After that you should just replace the drives. Repaired HDD are always problematic, and shouldn't be trusted.
