core i3 2100
ram : 8 gb ddr3 1333hz
PSU: 450w
MB : H61M-D2P-B3
without crad graphic

and i want updated to

Play good game like battlefiled 1 64 maps ...ets

form

CPU i3 2100 to buy i5 3570 3.4ghz ( used ) form Ebay

Are all parts in my pc compatible?

1) Motherboard CPU socket = LGA 1155, i5 3570 socket = LGA 1155. YES they are compatible.

2) Motherboard has the required 1 x PCI Express x16 slot needed for the RX 470. YES they are compatible.

Your PSU though...that might need a bit of an upgrade. What is the exact model of your PSU right now?

Both CPU and GPU are compatible with the your current Motherboard/RAM. Not a single problem there!

Just be sure that your Power Supply is strong enough to hold those new parts, we can confirm that for you too, just post it's Brand name/model here!

My advice? Get them and get gaming!

All those parts are compatible, my only concern would be the power supply. If it is a cheap power supply then you may have some trouble with it, though the 470 is a low power card. It is always better to be safe and getting a better psu may be a good investment. But besides that, it should be fine.

3570 is on the motherboard supported list.

Motherboard has a compatible 16x pci-e port so the gpu is supported

You didn't include the make and model of the PSU so there's noway to tell if it will run the system reliably or pop and kill the rig.

There will be a sticker on the side of the PSU that will include the make and model as well as specifications.

Given the specs I doubt that PSU would power even an RX470 for a month. Best case it doesnt power on or just shuts the system down under load, worst case it fries the rig is a spectacular show of smoke and sparks.

While that EVGA is better than what you have now but I wouldn't spend $50 for it. The 430w Seasonic is much better quality and $5 cheaper and will power a rx470 just fine, even an RX480 would be ok.

Yes, the Seasonic is much better quality than the HEC made 450w Evga. The really good Evga units are made by Superflower and Seasonic, with a couple decent ones made by FSP.
