Blue screen of death

Hello guys! for the last two days im not able to use my PC anymore. Everytime i boot it up, after some seconds it gives me blues screen and restarts. (BSOD happesn when its about to boot up some programs, like skype). it tells me PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. BCCode: 50. I have read on forum that it may be caused by faulty RAM. i checked with both RAMs (Kingston HyperX 8GB(4x4) 1600mhz) individually, it does same. i removed GPU to be sure as well but still... it has no problem loading up in safe mode, so i think its Software and not hardware. any solution guys?

P.S i delete GPU driver from Device Manager (i saw it on Youtube) and after that it loaded up without problem, it started installing the GPU driver, asked for restart and then kept doing same. this is why i removed GPU to check if there is any problem with it
