core clock problem

hi guys i have gigabute 750ti overclock edition low profile and i am havin g weird issue fisrt of all this cards needs to run at 1111 mhz but its running at 1032mhz but when i open gpu-z its says 1176mhz after 10 seconds goes down to 1032 how can this thing go to 1176 needs to be 1111 and why is it going running at 1032 (I KNOW ITS CONFUSING) (not overclocek maximum settings on nvidia control panel)basically core clock is going up and down

This is the current clock speed of your card, it will not always run at what it is specced to run at because it doesn't need to.
It looks like you have max performance set in the Nvidia control panel, change it back to adaptive, as your card will change its clock speed based on load.
