Hi there, this is the first PC I will ever build and I want to make sure all the components are compatible by checking with you.

AsRock Z170 Pro4 Skylake ATX Motherboard
Bitfenix Nova Midi Tower Case - White(BFX-NOV-100-WWXKK-RP)
G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series F4-2400C15D-16GVR 16 GB (8 GBx2) DDR4 2400 MHz C15 1.2 V Memory Kit - Blazing Red

Corsair CP-9020097-UK VS550 ATX/EPS Vs Series 80 Plus Power Supply Unit
WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM SATA 6 Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch
Intel Core Skylake Processor i5-6500/3.2 GHz Processor CPU
EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB GDDR5 Memory PCI Express 3 Graphics Card - Black
and I will add an SSD later.

The other questions I would have if these components are fully compatible are;

1) Could this run BF1 (just so I could picture what the PC would preform like)?
2) Is 16gb of ram important/worth it with gaming performance?

Thanks!

1) yes, ultra after they patched it (its playable on ultra now tho).
2) 8gb is plenty a few extra fps with 16gb however in the long run 16gb is defenetly worth it.

-> your psu sucks get the rmx version if u want corsair
-> why dont u get a 250gb ssd first (its enough for a handfull triple a games), and other stuff.
your pc will boot up fast, games load fast and your pc will feel snappier and more responsive, add a 1tb later its plug and play.

good build.

1TB HDD, 120GB SSD, better 1060 cooler, better case, better quality PSU (lower price too! But not modular unfortunately), 16GB of RAM and overall much better value.
