gtx 1070 with pci e 2.0

I have a motherboard with pci-e 2.0.
Will it be able to run the gtx 1070?

Yes, if it is PCIe 2.0 x16 (equal to 3.0 x8) it will run identical to Gen 3. All cards except the new Titan X(P) don't use more than PCIe x8 (gen 3) at full load.

Yes, all graphics cards are backwards-compatible with the PCIe 2.0 x16 slot.

Yes Nvidia supports PCIE 1.1 and above. It should work with no bottleneck.
