PC Upgrade advice

Sorry if I've posted on the wrong board or broken any rules, I'm new here.
My Pc parts are as follows:
CPU: AMD FX 6350 Black edition
GPU: GeForce GTX 970
MOBO: Asus M5A97 LE R2.0
RAM: Kingston HyperX DDR3 1600MHz 16GB
PSU: Corsair CX500M

I am thinking of upgrading to intel but obviously this would mean replacing my mother board, i saw a deal on scan.com that grabbed my attention:

OP, that's a god awful deal! :p
If you're gaming the i5 6600k is all you'll need, put the rest towards saving for a 1070.
Check if your case supports coolers up to 155mm, if not i'll recommend a diff cooler.

That MOBO uses DDR3L, it doesnt support your DDR3, you would need to get DDR4 if you plan to get it.
Do you plan to overclock the cpu in the future, because K models are meant for that purpose if you are not gonna OC it you can save some money there.

Sorry but what is a K model?... :/ Overclocking is a possibility, I have a corsair H50 CPU cooler I just don't know how!
