Hi,
my specs:
PSU: 650 watt
CPU: QuadCore Intel Core i5-4670K, 3700 MHz (37 x 100)
RAM: 8GB DDR3
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87M-D3H
Graphics card: Gefore 780 3gb

First i wanted to get a new monitor but then a friend of mine who works with computers meant it would be more worth to get a new graphics card instead. He recommended me that one: http://www.mindfactory.de/product_info.php/6144MB-Palit-GeForce-GTX-980-Ti-JetStream-Aktiv-PCIe-3-0-x16--Retail-_1008281.html

Now my question does my pc need/fit that 980 ti ?

Solution
650W is enough for 980 Ti but please can you be more detailed on the PSU ? What brand, and which series ?
And what case do you have ?
As for the CPU and RAM, they won't bottleneck you.
