ASRock B150M-HDV vs MSI B150M PRO-VD - are they good enough?

I'm building a Skylake/DDR4 gaming PC, and based on my somewhat limited budget and locally available options, it's come down to these two mobos (ASRock: http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/B150M-HDV/ , MSI: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B150M-PRO-VD.html#hero-overview ). They're both on the cheaper end of the spectrum, and price is pretty much the same. I'm no audiophile and I'm not looking for anything particularly special, I'd just like a decent, reliable mobo to mount my parts on. But the thing is, I'm not exactly knowledgeable on this subject, and I'm not sure I properly understand the significance of whatever differences I can see on my own. What do you guys think of these two? Do they have any major shortcomings? Would you specifically recommend one over the other, and if yes, why?

Thanks for looking.

P.S. Please do not make any "If I were you I'd spend a little more for..." suggestions. I'm already over budget as it is, and I can't go any further unless it's absolutely necessary (i.e. they are both incompatible/can't do something important).

Same thing performance wise but that MSI has more options while Asrock has also HDMI out but if you are going to use dedicated GPU it wouldn't matter.
My vote is for that MSI.
