Hello and thank you for your responses. My question is, I own a Dell XPS 8500 with a core i5 3450 I want to upgrade my graphics card to a GTX 1070 mini (so it will fit into case without problem). My question is, is this a good upgrade as far as like no bottle necking or anything like that? PS I am going to upgrade my PSU.

It should be fine. I presume you game at 1080p/60Hz? Just be sure the 1070 you decide on isn't too long for the room in the case.
