Whenever I run Batman Arkham Knight's pc performance test I have this weird flickering in certain parts of the game. Its so annoying. I have uploaded pictures of the 2 frames where the flicker appears. In image 1 there is no light in the area I circled and in frame 2 light comes on. It may take sharp eye to notice. But this lighting issue gives the perception of a flicker

Best way to understand this issue, is by opening the 2 images on 2 seperate tabs and by constatntly switching between them
I have even uploaded a video:

I tried everything, I clean installed the drivers
I changed between the 1070 and the 1060
I even reinstalled the game from a USB back up and by downloading the game online
Still no luck
This does not happen on my friends PC so IDK whats the issue
