Solution

First of all, are you referring to my build or to OP's original build?

Second, I'm not aware that H110 or B150 supports DDR4 speeds above 2133MHz. Correct me if I'm wrong here

I was referencing you build, and no B150 or H110 cannot operate at speeds greater than 2133MHz, the 2400MHz will drop down but if the OP decides in the future to upgrade to a Z170 motherboard, they get the benefit of being able to use 2400MHz without having to buy higher later.

I create parts lists that are future-minded. Some parts will remain, others get phased out. It's about lowering and spreading the cost.

Okay well OP just PM'd me, my build is already too expensive to afford a good quality power supply. He wasn't including the price of the power supply in the build because he was planning on using one he already had. Let's both put up a good build that's almost $100 cheaper but still has a good PSU, then we'll let OP decide between the two. How's that sound?

Here's mine:

I put this together a little while ago, but it is in the AUSTRALIAN DOLLAR. Just making that clear. Through the exchange rate, it comes to $770 USD. Remove the things that are unnecessary and change the prices over accordingly. I am creating a parts list for somebody else at the moment, so this is what I'm able to provide. I have faith in your abilities to adjust this as necessary.

CASE - Antec GX900 = $69
CPU - Intel Core i5-6400 = $238
MOBO - ASRock H110M-HDV = $85
RAM - 8G (Single) Crucial 2400MHz = $49
GPU - 2G RX 460 Sapphire = $164
PSU - Coolermaster GM Series 80+ Bronze 650W = $114
STORAGE - WD Blue 1TB = $66
DISPLAY - Samsung S22D300 5ms 21.5" = $129
KEYBOARD - Aerocool ThunderX3 Gaming TK30 = $49
MOUSE - Logitech G300s = $33

TOTAL PRICE = $996 (AUD) = $770 USD

Case has no price in the US. I've changed it to one that's sold in the US. I've upped the power supply to a more acceptable model and added the wireless card. Nice budget build mate.
