Hey guys!
Quick question. I would like to move everything but my games and my OS from my SSD to my HDD. How do I do this? (Detailed as possible, new PC gamer here :) )

Thanks!

Define "everything".
Mostly, you can't 'move' a lot of things.

Doc/Music/video/pics, sure.
Installed applications, no.

See this for doc/music/etc:
Win 7 & 8: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-1834397/ssd-redirecting-static-files.html
Win 8.1 & 10: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2024314/windows-redirecting-folders-drives.html

First of all, thank you for your help so far in educating me about this subject.
Also, what i am trying to do, is that, I want to have only my games and my OS on my ssd, and everything else on my HDD. How can I do that?

First, we have to discover a few things:

1. What size/make/model is this SSD?
2. How much free space is there?
3. What, exactly, is on it? WinDirStat can help visualize this.
