Recently, My brother decided to upgrade the graphics card inside his pc. He is trying to choose between an rx 480 or a gtx 1060.

PS. Power is cheap in his area so power consumption doesn't matter

I'm a bit torn with a recommendation. I generally go to Nvidia cards, and while the GTX 1060 is a little faster overall right now it seems any game released with DX12 or Vulcan gives the edge to the RX 480. Another thing with the 1060 is that it doesn't support SLI, while the 480 does have the option of Crossfire down the road. I'd probably go with the RX 480.

This is a good option and a free mouse is always nice. You could sell it for an additional savings or just keep it if you really want it.
