RX 480 8gb vs 4gb longevity

Ok,
So there is a killer deal for a XFX Rx480 4gb reference that has not been used for long. Is the 4gb enough for 1080p60fps med-high for a few years?

yes, but the only issue with reference cards is that 1 they get HOT, and 2 they get LOUD, and 3 they have lower clock speeds

i cant say exact numbers, i have never had either card, but any reference cards are always louder then the custom ones that come out after, may i ask how good of a deal ?

480 reference in nz is $450-460.

Price differences are pretty much performance relative , like heavyartillery says though the 470 is a very very good card for the money.

yes that is a good card, and it depends on how pickey youa re about settings as to if it will last 4 years

if your on a super tight budget the 470 8gb works, but wont last as long as the 480
