HELP!! first pc build in progress im stuck

I have connected my cpu, mobo, cpu cooler, ssd, psu, and fans. and the front panel as well. i connected my moniter and turned on the pc, a black screen with a list of all components listed was shown, it said f1 for settings(i think) or f2 to continue. i pressed f2 and then a screen popped up saying reboot and select proper boot device. i turned it of and on, then quickly a MSI screen flash and then the same screen appeared saying reboot and select proper boot device. any help would be appreciated
