and on the taskbar im getting these when a white background is on the screen:http://imgur.com/a/YjZgk
I have a old acer monitor that only has one vga port, and i am connecting that to my RX460 card, via hdmi adapter:https://www.amazon.co.uk/Adapter-Convertor-Cable-Converter-support/dp/B00K808RVQ
I have reinstalled graphics drivers but that didn't help so i connected it to my TV to the VGA port, and when i booted up CIV VI the artifacts weren't there anymore, and the vertical lines on the taskbar also went away.
Now the question is, is this a Monitor issue or a graphics card issue, or a VGA to HDMI adapter issue, and how can i fix this.
