Should I get this card?

I want to get this card (https://pcx.com.ph/product/components/inno3d-gtx750-ti-2gb-ddr5-128bit-oc-videocard), will if it be OK with my PC? I have:

Cpu: amd athlon 64 x2 5200+
mobo: ecs a780gm-a black
Psu: Diamond evolution 500w-avr
monitor: syncmaster 732nw, 17 inch

If not, what do you suggest? Thank you!

You should be fine with that graphics card, the GTX 750ti doesn't consume that much power so your PSU should be up to the task. Although I don't recommend you overclock the GPU when installed since you could have power delivery issues.
