i have a cs 1.6 dedicated server and i forwarded the 27015 port and people can join my server without any type of problem.Now i have changed my internet so the previous tp-link router configuration has changed so by repeating all previous steps to forward my ports and disables antivirus also BUT my port is still blocked and i want to start my server again so i have to forward my ports again so people can join my server BUT after doing all correct port forwarding steps which i did in previous times my TCP and UDP ports still blocked i don't know why? i have disabled antivirus also.and when troubleshoot the problem it shows me this:
