Is this your motherboard?

If so then yes it's SLI compatible so two GTX 770's 4gb would work fine. However you will need a good quality 850W PSU to run them in SLI.

I would get the EVGA B2 850W as its a high quality unit. Also if your going for the second 770 I would buy a aftermarket CPU cooler and overclock that Phenom as far as it will go stable to ensure the best performance.

Although depending on your total budget for building a new system you may be better off going that route.

I'm taking into consideration that this PC is a prebuilt..... Anyways i highly doubt you'll be able to SLI these GTX 770's in this PC. Both the Power Supply and Motherboard would be insufficient. Anyways build a new PC but tell me your price range so i can give you a list of parts.

EDIT- I retract this statement and didn't realize how good the system is... Look below for what i said

As i look into this more and figure out that it's not a prebuilt . Going with another GTX 770 would be a absolute outstanding option. The board support Dual X16 slots which is more than enough bandwidth and your processor is plenty. Heck it's a 6 Core Phenom!!
^^ Like WildCard999" Said Above. Purchase a new power supply. Get Cryorig H7 with Seasonic M12ii and GTX 770! Best of luck!

what about this PS
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Aerocool-Integrator-Power-Supply-Unit/dp/B0143D474O/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1477487680&sr=8-3&keywords=power+supply+850w
is it any good, if i go with the ps you suggested it costs about $120 in here UK.
so to do this upgrade i would end up paying about $200 which is fine if i can make my pc run modern games near 60 fps on 1080 monitor.
I looked for new build yesterday it costs £1032 which is around $1200 specs are:
-CPU i7 6700K
-Motherboard Asus ROG Z170 Maximus VIII ranger.
-GPU MSI GTX 1070
-RAM Corsair vengeance DDR4 2X8GB
-PS Corsair cx750m
-case some cheap but good one

I can buy this build but I prefer the upgrade because i would be saving about £700. but i would love to hear your ideas i might be wrong

thanks all

Yah i agree its a tough choice. I mean if you have that PC for a while and that Phenom along with the GPU is a bit outdated. I mean if you havent upgraded your pc in a while and have had this thing for a while then i would build a new pc. Youll see a huge performance increase. Just build a new pc

If this is the newer Corsair CX600M with the black and grey logo then you could reuse it . However if its the older one with the green logo then i wouldn't risk it. Corsair had to revise this PSU. Wonder why?.....
