I was upgrading my mini-itx pc with a new power supply. I turned the PC on (without a monitor, just for testing) and when my cheek touched the case I felt a slight tingle. When I touched the same part with my finger I didn't feel anything. When I turned the PC off I didn't feel anything anymore. When I turned it on again I felt a tingle in my cheek again. I started testing with various body parts and I noticed with sensitive parts I could feel some electricity, but only when the PC was on. It was standing on a carpet so I guess that could be the reason. Should I be worried or not?
