i have my new pc(2 days)gtx 1060, intel 6500)
and i got a few old parts, cpu(i5 3550), 2x4gb 1333 ram, 2 stock cpu fans, box, got new 1155 socket motherboard for it h61m-vg4
i know those parts worked 2 months ago,(tech guy checked)
so i put my gtx 1060,i5 3550 in h61m motherboard, next i put stock fan(1 did not work the other worked but i cant fix it on motherboard so it can be moved easily)
next i put in cables, all connected except the cpu cable that i used on my new pc, on this one there seems to not be a place to put it in(there is simmilar looking socket but it's 4 pin instead of 8pin, and it's atx12v1
the power supply, hdd, disk reader is still in new pc but i connected cables to old pc.
i see black screen, fans do start moving, and they stay moving until i turn off the pc, never tried of leaving pc on over 3 minutes since i'm afraid of overheating the cpu
i connected only 2 of 6 screws could that be a problem?
