To my understanding the code "AA" on a motherboard means all is working properly.
In my case, when I start up my pc, it says "40". This happens 90% of the times. (After a cold start)
When I restart my pc whilst in this code 40 (so I didn't log in to Windows yet) it takes about 2 minutes for it restart. This is the screen that stays for 2 minutes: http://i.imgur.com/KRNnqCV.jpg (Opnieuw opstarten means restarting)
My question is: what does this code 40 mean? Is it harmful to log in to Windows whilst in this code 40?
