I upgraded my system a few months ago and it has consistently gotten blue screens as well as an error when shutting down saying the referenced memory cannot be found. While playing League of Legends it states i have 60 fps the whole time but the screen becomes very jittery, so something is causing the game to lag fps wise.

System:
MSI Z97 Gaming 3 Motherboard
Kingston HX316C10FRK2/16 16GB 1600Mhz DDR3 cl10 Fury RED Ed
Samsung 500 GB SSD 850 EVO
Intel I5-4690
EVGA Geforce GTX 960 SSC
Antec 620W High Current Gamer
Microsoft windows 10 Home 64 bit

Blue screens:
Stop codes i've gotten are:
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

There have been more but i did not get a photo of them and cannot recall. These both lead to articles talking about driver issues.

Shutdown Error:
It provides a message saying "The instruction at 0x00000072657A68 referenced memory at 0x000000F5D000CA. The memory could not be read. Click OK to terminate the program"

I have searched about this error and it is apparently a driver issue most likely.

I have attempted to update drivers, but they all seem up to date so i'm unsure at to what it could be causing this. Perhaps one of the new parts is faulty? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I actually noticed i had the RAM in the wrong slots for dual mode last week and changed them, but i didn't fix anything sadly :(. Although i did use CPU-Z to check out my ram and apparently it runs at 800 mhz the whole time, does that mean it's underperforming by half its potential or is that normal perhaps?

Here's the pic of the CPU-Z
