No connectivity after swapping out unmanaged switch?

Monday I replaced an 10+yr old BayStack 151 Hub with a TP-Link SG1048 Switch. This device was third in line behind 2 D-Link DES-1210-52 Web Smart Switches. I was able to connect to the network and internet successfully from my laptop when directly plugged into this new switch.

Now my client is telling me that their network printer and the other 8 users connected to this switch have no network or internet connectivity. Am I missing something here? I've never had simple switch swapping cause this before. Thanks.
 
That is quite a upgrade. I though everyone had relegated hubs to the dumpster long ago. I would be most suspect of cable that worked at 10m but do not work at gig speeds. Someone many also have hard coded setting in the end device to make this work with the old hub and now it is not working with the new switch.

I'm beginning to think it's the wiring too. The place was wired 20-30 yrs ago and everything looks older than I am.
