I can't get my PC rig working, how do I get it to work? My motherboard LED Is on though

Is the 8 pin power cable connected to the motherboard? If yes, and still no go, try starting the board by shortly touching with a screwdriver the 2 pins on the motherboard corresponding to the case power button.
If still fans not spinning, try testing the power supply: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FWXgQSokF4
See if a fan connected to it does spin.

that red led simply means that the motherboard detects power from the PSU (usually over 5V wire). The only thing it actually tells you at that point is that there is power from the wall going through the power supply.

This usually happens, if you have not properly set up the 24-PIN and 4-8 PIN power cords on the motherboard.
In your own motherboard, the pins are located here where I have circled them. The extra circle is for Power button and reset button etc.
